1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing, browsing, or using our website, and by booking any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Use of the Website You agree to use only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
3. Bookings and Reservations All travel packages, tours, and services showcased on our website are subject to availability. A booking is only considered finalized and confirmed once you receive a formal written confirmation from Traviaz Group and we have successfully received your required deposit or full payment.
4. Pricing and Payments
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payment methods directly through our website.
- Settlement: Full payment must be settled prior to your scheduled travel date, as outlined in your booking invoice.
- Price Changes: Prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed and paid for, the price is guaranteed.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy We understand that travel plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:
- 30 or more days prior to departure: Eligible for a full refund, minus any standard administrative or non-refundable processing fees.
- 15–29 days prior to departure: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking cost.
- 14 days or less prior to departure: Strictly non-refundable.
- No-shows: If you fail to show up for your tour or accommodation, no refunds will be issued. (Note: Certain third-party services like domestic flights or special event tickets may have their own strict non-refundable policies, which will be communicated during booking).
6. Booking Modifications If you wish to change your travel arrangements after confirmation, you must submit a request to us in writing. While we will do our best to accommodate your requests, all changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
7. Travel Documentation It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess a valid passport (usually valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date), necessary entry visas, and any other required health or travel documents. Traviaz Group is not liable for any disruptions, financial loss, or denied entry resulting from incorrect or missing documentation.
8. Health, Safety, and Travel Insurance Travelers are fully responsible for their personal health, safety, and physical well-being throughout their trip. Traviaz Group highly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel and medical insurance prior to departure to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.
9. Limitation of Liability Traviaz Group acts primarily as an intermediary agent between travelers and independent third-party service providers (such as hotels, airlines, transportation companies, and local guides). Therefore:
- We cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage arising from the negligence or default of these third-party providers.
- We are not responsible for alterations to itineraries or delays caused by Force Majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, political instability, or government restrictions.
10. Intellectual Property All digital content on including text, layout, design, graphics, images, and logos—is the exclusive property of Traviaz Group. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any of the content without our express written permission.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any legal disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
12. Modifications to Terms Traviaz Group reserves the right to amend, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page, and your continued use of signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
