We are starting this trip with a comfy flight to Cairo. Once you get to Cairo, you can spend the afternoon relaxing at your premium hotel and then step out in the evening to see the Pyramids of Giza. The Pyramids of Giza are quite the real deal as they make up the largest pyramids in Egypt.
As you first arrive at the Giza complex, you’ll be struck by the sheer majesty of the Great Sphinx. Getting up close to the Sphinx is a real treat, and you can't help but marvel at the craftsmanship that went into building this incredible monument.
After taking in all the sights and history at Giza, grab a bite to eat at a nearby restaurant and spend some quality time with your partner over a bottle of wine.
The next morning, head over to the Grand Egyptian Museum to witness some of the world's most extraordinary ancient collections. One of the tourists' favorite displays is the collection of King Tutankhamun's treasures. Apart from that, you can walk around and explore each of the twelve exhibiting halls across the grand building.
If you love history, you would want to explore the streets of Old Cairo, Coptic Cairo, and Islamic Cairo. You would find a lot of historical monuments like the Hanging Church, the Ben Ezra Synagogue, the Khan El Khalili Market, the Coptic Museum, the Church of Saint George, the Mosque of Ibn Tulun, the Babylon Fortress, and the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization.
By the time you are done in Old Cairo, it's already sunset, and you can spend that walking to the Al-Azhar Park, where you can enjoy the view of Old Cairo from the park, and enjoy some fresh breeze and heartfelt conversations with your partner. There are restaurants nearby where you can also enjoy fine dining and some stunning views of the city.
Cairo isn't all that there is to see in Egypt, so you can go to Luxor the next day on a comfy drive in a well-air-conditioned vehicle. There are a lot of things to see there, including royal gravesites like the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Then, there is the Colossi of Memnon, where two huge state statues of Amenhotep II sit, guarding the ruins of the mortuary temple that once existed.
Hurghada and Alexandria are the sweet spots if you’d love some adventurous water-based activities. So you can take the tour to Hurghada to snorkel in the Red Sea or spend the day in one of the beachfront resorts in the area. You can enjoy some time at the spa for two, have conversations by the poolside, and enjoy fine dining in the resort's restaurant.
Then, in Alexandria, you can continue your exploration of historical sites by going to the Bibliotheca Alexandrina to see the vast library that now stands where the old library of Alexandria once stood. If you are not in a hurry, then you can also check out the planetarium to see the modern arts and the development of Egyptian culture.
At the end of the trip, you would have made some memories with your partner that would last into the afterlife.

Pyramids of Giza
The Golden Pyramid Complex of Giza is one of the most significant marvels of the ancient world, soaring out of the sands of the desert. Constructed around 2600 BC, these monumental pyramids were the eternal graves of pharaohs of the Fourth Dynasty of Egypt and are still a strong reminder of the ancient aspiration and brilliance.
The Great Pyramid of Khufu
The highlight of the plateau is the Great Pyramid, which was erected as a burial site for King Khufu (2609-2584 BC). This giant monument was planned by his great architect, Hemiunu, and at one time, it was 147 meters high and completed within 15 years. It weighs about six million tons, and it is the only surviving marvel of the old world--and when one is standing before the monument, it is nothing short of awe-inspiring.
The Great Sphinx
The Great Sphinx of Giza is a magnificent structure constructed out of limestone that has the body of a lion and also the face that is believed to represent Pharaoh Khafre. Our guide will explain its symbolism, mysteries, and the famous Dream Stele of Thutmose IV, which narrates a legend of the young prince and the dead Sphinx.
